What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Koko and Mintpay (both offering 3-instalment payment options with 0% interest), Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, eZcash, and mCash.
How long would delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, delivery is within 2-3 business days (orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday). Since our delivery is handled by a third party, the courier service will typically send you a text or call on the delivery day.
Please note that the courier company will make only three attempts to contact you. If they are unable to reach you after these three attempts, the item will be returned to our warehouse. You will then need to either collect the item from the warehouse or pay for delivery again.
For urgent deliveries, we can arrange parcels via PickMe Flash or Uber.
