RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

Understanding and flexibility will provide our customers the opportunity to refund or exchange a TGAS product provided it’s in its full resalable condition. The product should be refunded and exchanged within 7 DAYS.

REFUND:

The full refund will ONLY be provided upon inspection and confirmation that the faulty item was dispatched via the TGAS warehouse. TGAS will hold full accountability and will bare the cost of delivery IF, as mentioned above, the faulty item was dispatched via the TGAS warehouse.

EXCHANGE:

Exchange upon personal dissatisfaction due to size change or colour will require a personal visitation to the TGAS warehouse located in Colombo in order for an exchange of item to take place.

Upon inspection, if the item has not been returned in FULLY resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse either a refund/exchange.

Upon receiving the item as mentioned above the refund/exchange will be completed.

RETURN METHOD:

1. Send a mail via ‘Contact Us’ page on this website with the following details such as invoice number, product code, quantity, reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or an exchange.

2. Send us a dm on our Instagram page @tgasclothing @tgascasuals @thegymacessorystore with information such as invoice number, product code, quantity, reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or a replacement.

Delivery charge during returns:
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of damages or faulty goods dispatched via TGAS warehouse.

Customers will be held responsible to bear the delivery cost if the exchange is due to personal dissatisfaction of colour or size.

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

We are unable to refund damaged/discoloured items once worn. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods that have arrived to you from the TGAS warehouse.

Products returned past the 7 day timeframe will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
